Bookings, routing, contracts, merch and money — all in one place, so the only thing you're managing from the green room is the set.

This isn't just about the admin getting done. It's about what's left over when it is.
The contract, the receipt, the promoter's number — it's where you left it, every time. No more digging through three Dropbox accounts before a show.
When the business side is handled, you're not doing math in the green room. You're just getting ready to play.
Promoters and buyers deal with you the same way they'd deal with an act that has a full crew — because on paper, now you do.
Advancing a show, tracking a settlement, following up with a buyer — none of it has to eat into the parts of touring you actually signed up for.
Every tour, every fan, every dollar — in one place instead of scattered across your phone, your notes app, and a dozen group texts.
The felt part above comes from what's built underneath.
Track every hold from first email to fully paid, so a lead never dies quietly in an inbox.
Map the run, advance each show, and generate a day sheet that answers the band's questions before they're asked.
Every promoter, buyer, press contact and host in one list — sortable, with a record of your relationship.
Every agreement stored with its value, status and renewal date — so no PDF gets buried in email and no auto-renewal sneaks up on you.
Track stock, cost and margin on every item, so you know what's in the trailer before you run out mid-tour.
Income, expenses and a receipt photo on every line, with a running P&L and balance sheet — so tax season isn't a scavenger hunt.
Rank supporters by lifetime spend and know exactly who to reach out to next time you're back in their city.
Drafts your follow-ups from your real booking history and reads your contracts for you — flagging radius clauses, cancellation traps, and auto-renewals before you sign.
Day sheet, contacts, and merch counts on your phone — so show day runs itself.

I've been a touring musician for 13 years. Playing shows across the world, mostly running my own business the whole time — no label, no manager doing the back-end work for me.
For most of that time, my "system" was whatever I could cobble together on the road. Spreadsheets for the money. Files split across a couple of different Dropbox and Google Drive accounts, because I'd lose track of which one I'd used last. Receipts as random photos on my phone, buried somewhere between soundcheck videos and setlists. To-do lists everywhere and nowhere.
I was booking shows, tracking merch sales, and trying to keep track of every promoter and fan I'd met on tour — all of it by hand, all of it while also trying to be a musician. It was genuinely stressful. It was driving me crazy.
I looked for something built for how touring actually works, and I couldn't find it. So I built it myself.
HEADLINE.WORLD exists because I lived this exact mess for over a decade, out on the road, trying to run a career and a business at the same time with nothing built for either.
If you're doing the same thing right now — HEADLINE.WORLD is here to make it easier for you to tour the world, stay organized, and worry free.
No. Free gets you 5 active bookings and 50 contacts to try it on real, current work before you commit to anything.
Both. Pro Artist is built for artists gigging regularly without a full tour underway. Touring Artist adds routing, day sheets and contracts for artists on the road.
It drafts follow-up emails grounded in your real booking history, and reads the contracts you upload — flagging radius clauses, cancellation penalties, and auto-renewals. It's a drafting and flagging tool — you're still the one deciding. Touring includes 200 Roadie actions a month; Team includes 500.
Yes. Touring Artist includes 3 team seats, Management Team includes 10.
Your contacts, your contracts, your history — it's yours, and it's not held hostage behind a paywall the moment you downgrade.
It won't get you more bookings — it makes it easier to not lose the ones you're already chasing.
It doesn't replace a full-time tour manager on a large run. It replaces the spreadsheet a tour manager would otherwise be maintaining.
It's early. Some features on the roadmap aren't built yet, and the beta plan may change before general release.
HEADLINE.WORLD is invite-only right now. We let people in through invite codes in small batches while we're still a small team. If you don't have a code yet, request one below and we'll follow up when a batch opens.
